Privacy, in plain English.

Most privacy policies are written to protect companies. This one is short because we simply don't keep your data.

What we collect, and for how long

To prepare your letter, you answer a few questions about your bill and situation. Those answers are held in temporary memory only — never written to a database.

If you don't buy: everything is deleted automatically within about 90 minutes. Once it's gone, it's gone.

If you do buy: we keep your letter for 7 days so you can come back and download it — if your connection drops or you close the tab after paying, you would otherwise have paid for something you never received. After 7 days it is deleted permanently, and we keep no copy. During that window we also hold the email address you paid with, purely so you can retrieve your own purchase.

What we never do

  • We never sell, share, rent, or trade your information. With anyone. Ever.
  • We never create an account or profile about you.
  • We never store your medical details after your letter is made.
  • We never see your card number — payment happens entirely on Stripe's secure systems.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your card details under its own privacy policy and security certifications. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded — enough to unlock your letter, nothing more.

Letter generation

Your answers are used to generate your letter with the help of Anthropic's Claude AI. They are sent for that single purpose, are not used to train AI models, and are not retained by us afterward.

Cookies & tracking

We use no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics cookies. Your questionnaire progress is kept in your own browser's session storage so you don't lose your place — it never leaves your device until you submit.
