If you paid but never reached the download page — a dropped connection, a closed tab — your letter is safe. Tell us the email you used at checkout and we'll send the link straight back to it.

Letters stay available for 7 days after purchase, then they are deleted permanently. If you're outside that window or something still isn't working, email support@billstand.com and a human will sort it out.
